Planting Seeds..

I have the privilege of serving as Chair of the Board of Aniz, Inc with a very dedicated group of people. They are always willing to work diligently to ensure the sustainable operations of the organization. In addition, they have been innovative with ideas with regards to fundraising and making people aware of who we are and what we are doing for the metropolitan Atlanta communities that we serve year round. Our Annual Silent Auction, AIDS Walk Party and Holiday Party have been used to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS in the community, the need for advocacy and prevention and raise funds raised to benefit those who are in most need of our.

I and the Board of Aniz are always trying to make a difference in the lives of those who are affected by or infected with HIV/AIDS. This is oftentimes an incredible challenge because, like most non-profits, we are always in need of resources in the form of expertise, time and, of course, money. Our Board Members come to our meetings with a sincere desire to help our clients; however we have not reached our full potential.
