Ms. O’Neal, the author of Walk Like You Have Somewhere To Go, and who herself was a teen mom, has her own story of struggle and triumph. G-CAPP also will present its Vision in Action Award to stellar individuals and organizations taking a leading role in teen pregnancy prevention and youth development.
