High Impact HIV Prevention Program (HIPP)

The goal of this program is to help individuals learn their HIV status and link newly diagnosed individuals and those returning to care to treatment programs. Additionally, this program provides pre and post-testing counseling, allowing individuals to develop risk-reduction plans to stop the transmission and/or acquisition of HIV/AIDS and other STIs.
Program Components

Aniz, Inc., has been funded to provide HIV Testing and Counseling under Fulton County’s funding announcement PS 12-1201. This funding provides free HTC to individuals ages 13 – 64. Aniz has specifically been funded to conduct HTC in clinics in Fulton County. As a result of this funding, Aniz has conducted HTC in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in Fulton County, specifically the HEALing Community Center. Additionally, this funding has also provided Aniz with the opportunity to conduct HTC in several substance abuse treatment clinics located in Fulton County.
